Helen Rexwinkel has more than 20 years of experience in operational risk and due diligence. Helen specializes in private markets and spent more than 17 years leading global operational due diligence and private equity operations teams at one of Europe’s largest asset managers.

She has served in multiple governance roles, holding chair and voting positions for investment, risk and valuation committees. Her experience also includes serving as a fund director for alternative and private markets strategies.

Helen leads the organization’s Operational Risk Advisory Services group, which assists clients in identifying and managing a range of operational risks and opportunities associated particularly with private markets investments. The group includes a dedicated operational due diligence (ODD) services practice, which focuses on delivering client-led, independent operational risk assessments and bespoke operational consulting services across private markets, alternatives and listed asset classes.
