Himanshu Chaudhry has more than 20 years of experience working in multiple areas, including Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) advisory, transaction advisory, consulting, corporate finance and valuation services. He is an ESOP advocate who promotes employee ownership and helps business owners transition their companies to ESOPs.

Prior to joining PKF O’Connor Davies, Himanshu was a Director at a leading financial advisory firm where he advised middle-market companies on ESOP transactions and managing valuation updates for ESOP clients. He successfully led the sell-side process for a number of companies across different industries and states. Himanshu’s primary focus was on implementing transactions for homebuilding, construction, healthcare and financial services industries. He also advised company boards on managing and sustaining ESOPs.

Himanshu has spoken at numerous conferences and webinars on topics including quarterbacking an ESOP transaction, valuation of ESOP-owned companies and organic growth strategies for ESOP-owned businesses. He is a regular speaker at National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) conferences.
