James has over 40 years of experience in public accounting, specializing in the taxation of corporations, individuals, partnerships, limited liability companies, estates and trusts.
He is involved in all aspects of his business clients’ tax planning from the acquisition, operation and disposition of businesses to individual income and estate tax planning. James has extensive experience in representing clients before the IRS, New York State and other taxing authorities. Additionally, he has served as an expert witness in a number of litigation matters.
His client base includes professional services firms, such as physicians and attorneys, real estate entities, wholesalers, retailers, equipment leasing and trade contractors.
James is also very active in many charitable organizations in his community and has been a member of several youth activity boards.
