Jonathan Moore

Jon Moore is Managing Partner of PKF O’Connor Davies’ Office of Client Services, where he leads a firmwide strategy to elevate the client experience, drive sustainable growth and fully leverage the Firm’s integrated advisory, tax and assurance capabilities. A trusted firm leader, Jon plays a central role in shaping go-to-market strategy across nine specialized industry verticals and advancing strategic initiatives that support PKF O’Connor Davies’ long-term vision of becoming a $1B+ organization.

In addition to his firmwide leadership role, Jon is a Partner in the Transaction Advisory Services Group, advising private equity firms, family offices and privately held/family businesses on complex financial and M&A due diligence, He has led and supported hundreds of transactions—including venture investments and public-company LBOs—with deal values ranging from $5million to $3 billion. His diverse industry experience includes: aerospace, consumer products, distribution, entertainment, healthcare, industrial services, logistics and trucking, medical devices, manufacturing, retail, specialty chemicals and software development. Jon has also worked on transactions in the UK, Japan and Canada.
