Jordan Browne

Jordan Browne has more than 15 years of experience in public accounting, including 10 years at a Big Four firm. He provides accounting and auditing services to private and publicly held clients across a range of industries, including financial services, cannabis and consumer products. Jordan has significant experience serving alternative investment managers and private fund clients, as well as commercial organizations with varying operational complexity and financial reporting requirements.

He leads financial statement audits in accordance with U.S. GAAP and PCAOB standards and advises clients on accounting matters related to financial reporting and regulatory developments. Jordan has worked with hedge funds, private equity funds and other complex investment vehicles and has experience with fund structures, waterfall calculations, valuation of non-marketable securities and performance-based fee arrangements. He has also assisted a broad range of financial instruments, including equities, derivatives, fixed income products and structured investments.

Jordan stays current on developments in accounting standards and regulatory guidance and researches accounting issues related to financial reporting. In addition to leading audits, he collaborates with client finance teams and coordinates with tax professionals and other specialists when client needs extend beyond core audit and accounting services.
