Joseph A. Verrilli

Joseph A. Verrilli has more than 30 years of public accounting experience. Joe provides advisory, auditing and tax services to clients in a diverse range of industries, including health care, construction, transportation and logistics, manufacturing, architectural and other service companies, as well as not-for-profit organizations.

Additionally, Joe has expertise in negotiating and structuring transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and contractor and vendor negotiations. He works closely with clients in all size ranges, from startup entities to companies with more than $100 million in revenue, assisting them in obtaining bank financing, improving operations and strengthening controls. In addition, Joe has experience in government rate setting.

Joe co-authored a national continuing education course on financial services to the construction industry and has given numerous presentations on economic issues in the health care industry.
