Kelly Lin has more than 20 years of tax experience in public accounting. Kelly began her career at a “Big Four” firm in the tax department where she worked for more than 10 years.

Kelly serves consolidated corporate groups, multi-state and international businesses from a tax consulting and compliance perspective. She is also actively involved in tax advisory, tax due diligence and structure reviewing from M&A related work. Kelly serves as a lead partner on a variety of publicly traded and privately held clients, including private equity, trading, real estate, cannabis, technology, hospitality, retail and manufacturing companies.

In addition, she is experienced with complex ASC740 tax accounting issues, including business combination tax considerations. Kelly has a strong understanding of SEC reporting requirements and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

Kelly also works closely with PKF International member firms around the country and abroad. She serves as a liaison between American and Asia-Pacific clients and bridges cultural gaps. She takes pride in assisting clients in easing local and international business differences and is thoroughly familiar with both Western and Eastern business customs and culture. Kelly is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
