Kristine Pistininzi

Kristine Pistininzi has 25 years of experience in public accounting. Kristine oversees a team of accounting professionals providing outsourced accounting services to companies, including private equity and investment management companies as well as a retail unit of a Fortune Global 500 consumer products company.

Kristine is responsible for coordinating and managing the accounting, financial statement preparation and audit/tax support services for her clients. She is also in charge of providing fund administration services, including monthly net asset value calculations, investor support and preparation of annual fund financial statements for a group of distressed debt hedge funds.

Prior to joining PKF O’Connor Davies, Kristine was an Audit Director at a regional public accounting firm in New York. Kristine has also held management positions in corporate accounting and financial reporting, primarily with a large broker/dealer in Boston.
