Larry has over 35 years of experience in public accounting. He has extensive experience providing auditing, accounting and tax services to insurance companies. In addition, Larry provides a wide range of services to other types of businesses and not-for-profits as well as to individuals, estates and trusts.

Larry is a member of the Board of Directors and is an advisor to the Audit Committee of United-Guardian, Inc., a manufacturer listed on the NASDAQ.
