Mark Gianfalla has more than a decade of experience at the intersection of technology, finance and mergers and acquisitions, as an operator, investment banker and buy-side professional.

Mark has worked with clients in a variety of industries including software, consumer goods, e-commerce, mobility and audio. He has executed more than 20 M&A transactions and capital raises globally, including with clients or targets in the United States, Canada, India, Israel, the European Union and the United Kingdom.

Before joining PKF Investment Banking, Mark held an M&A strategy and execution position at a U.S.-based technology company. He also gained financial experience at both bulge-bracket and lower middle-market boutique banks.
