Mina Boutros has more than a decade of experience in public accounting, advisory services and corporate development and serves in the organization’s Transaction Advisory Services practice. He specializes in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, purchase agreement advisory and post-transaction integration for corporations, private equity firms and their portfolio companies.

Over the course of his career, Mina has advised on transactions ranging from middle-market deals to large cross-border acquisitions, with deal values spanning from the lower middle market to multibillion-dollar global transactions. He has guided clients through the entire transaction lifecycle, including financial diligence, contract negotiations and post-closing considerations.

Prior to joining PKF O’Connor Davies, Mina was part of the transaction advisory services practices of two Big Four firms and served as corporate development manager for a private equity–backed company, where he executed multiple acquisitions. This unique blend of advisory and in-house experience gives him a practical perspective on deal execution and integration.

Mina has led transaction teams across a variety of industries, including consumer products, industrial services, logistics and trucking, entertainment, manufacturing and retail. He focuses on supporting private equity clients, helping them evaluate opportunities, mitigate risk and support value-creation goals.
