Rebecca Welnak works in the Firm’s Commercial Business group. She has over 15 years of experience providing federal and state tax compliance, tax planning and advisory services to closely-held businesses and their owners across a variety of industries. She also advises clients on succession planning and estate and gift tax issues.
Rebecca takes the time to understand her client’s unique situation and quickly develops close, long-term relationships. She collaborates with her clients and provides insights that simplify complex situations and helps inform their decisions.
