Steve Antico

Steve Antico is the Chief Digital Officer at PKF O’Connor Davies, where he serves as the organization’s inaugural executive exclusively dedicated to driving digital transformation. He is responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and profitability of services, pursuing opportunities to leverage technology and create value from data assets to drive top- and bottom-line growth, scalability and actionable insights.

Working closely with the organization’s C-Suite, Steve fosters a data-driven mindset and serves as a driving force behind ongoing digital transformation. His leadership spans automation, data analytics, cloud computing and innovation, helping the organization stay ahead of the competition and provide enhanced client service.

Prior to being named Chief Digital Officer, Steve spent nearly a decade as Director of Client Relations, where he established a centralized client relationship management (CRM) function. He designed and implemented processes and technology solutions to manage accounts receivable and collection activities, launched a CRM-generated alert system that identifies at-risk engagements and accounts and developed an outsourced accounts receivable and collection management service offering.

Before joining PKF O’Connor Davies, Steve served as President and Chief Operating Officer for a provider of outsourced commercial accounts receivable and collections management solutions.
