Victoria Swaine has more than seven years of public accounting experience, specializing in accounting and auditing services for employee benefit plans. She works with a variety of plans and has experience assisting clients with complex reporting and compliance requirements.

Her experience includes planning and supervising audit engagements, developing effective internal controls, and guiding clients on compliance matters related to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) and Department of Labor regulations.

Victoria is skilled in performing detailed account analysis and analytical procedures to test reporting according to accounting principles. She collaborates with client management to provide recommendations for reporting and system improvements while supervising staff throughout the audit process.

Most recently, she passed all four sections of the CPA exam and is pursuing CPA licensure. Additionally, Victoria contributes to the organization’s Thought Leadership articles.
