Steve Frey has more than 30 years of executive recruiting experience. He leads TalentConnect, the organization’s client recruiting group, where he oversees searches and directs activities related to candidate and client management, recruiting consulting, candidate sourcing and compensation administration.
Steve specializes in recruiting accounting, finance and asset management professionals at junior and senior levels throughout the New York City metropolitan area. His experience spans corporate finance, accounting, tax, compliance, risk, capital markets, banking, brokerage and investment management, as well as middle- and back-office operations.
His recruiting work also includes searches for executive and leadership positions, such as chief financial officers, chief operating officers, chief compliance officers and human resources directors as well as for controllers, accounting managers, financial analysts and tax directors.
Steve has worked with clients across a range of industries, including financial services, not-for-profit organizations, manufacturing, distribution and consumer products. His clients range from mid-sized organizations to multibillion-dollar publicly traded companies.
