Ben Zinder has more than 18 years of experience advising corporate clients, business owners and private equity sponsors on mergers and acquisitions and capital advisory engagements. He has advised on more than 40 transactions with a combined value of more than $30 billion.
Ben brings particular expertise in media and technology services, with additional experience across business services and retail/consumer sectors. His media and technology services experience spans digital media, out of home media, retail media, entertainment, live events, content production/distribution and professional audiovisual services
Prior to joining PKF Investment Banking, Ben served as a Managing Director at investment bank Solomon Partners. He led transaction teams from origination through closing.
