Susan Zhang is an investment banker with superb problem solving, financial modeling, forecasting and analytical skills. Her M&A experience includes managing every aspect of the deal process as well as negotiating deal pricing and terms.
She earned an MBA from The Wharton School of Business-University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from University of Science & Technology of China. In addition, Susan is CPA-qualified and a CFA level III candidate and holds FINRA Series 7, 79 and 63 licenses.
