Tammy M. Yu has more than 25 years of experience in information technology for the CPA industry. She manages the organization’s IT programs and projects, implementing the latest technical tools to enhance business performance.
Tammy specializes in bridging the gap between end users and IT by leveraging the organization’s technology to automate and streamline workflow processes. She applies her strong project management expertise to research, implement and provide useful end-user training programs. Her primary focus is aligning the IT group’s strategic plan with the organization’s overall goals to support each practice area.
Tammy has presented at several industry conferences and webinars on a variety of topics including billing efficiencies, paperless workflow implementation, backup solutions, Massachusetts privacy laws and compliance, document retention, software rollouts and best practices for document management.
