Tammy has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology for the CPA industry at DGC, a division of PKF O’Connor Davies. She manages the Firm’s IT programs and projects implementing the latest technical tools for optimal business performance.

Tammy specializes in bridging the gap between end-users and IT by utilizing the Firm’s technical tools to automate and streamline workflow processes. She applies her strong project management skills to research, implement and provide useful end-user training programs. Tammy’s main focus is aligning the IT group’s strategic plan with the Firm’s overall goals to benefit each practice area within the Firm.

Tammy has been a presenter for several industry conferences and webinars on a variety of topics including billing efficiencies, paperless workflow implementation, backup solutions, MA privacy laws and compliance, document retention, managing software rollouts, and software best practices for document management.
