Tammy has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology for the CPA industry. She manages the Firm’s IT programs and projects implementing the latest technical tools for optimal business performance.
Tammy specializes in bridging the gap between end-users and IT by utilizing the Firm’s technical tools to automate and streamline workflow processes. She applies her strong project management skills to research, implement and provide useful end-user training programs. Tammy’s main focus is aligning the IT group’s strategic plan with the Firm’s overall goals to benefit each practice area within the Firm.
Tammy has been a presenter for several industry conferences and webinars on a variety of topics including billing efficiencies, paperless workflow implementation, backup solutions, MA privacy laws and compliance, document retention, managing software rollouts and software best practices for document management.
