Kerri Rawcliffe, Partner and Private Club Practice Leader, and John Perez, Supervisor, will present “Tax Compliance and Risk Areas” at the OVC Annual Meeting on Monday, October 26 at 12:30 p.m. in Indianapolis, IN.
Their presentation will cover preserving Section 501(c)(7) tax-exempt status, including common threats and compliance challenges, and significant tax issues facing Section 277 taxable clubs. They will also discuss the One Big Beautiful Bill Act’s impact on the private club industry and financial planning for capital budgeting.
