Jaron Lariviere serves clients in our Architecture and Engineering practice sector with 20 years of public accounting experience, including over 17 years with a Big Four firm. He has significant expertise in providing a broad array of tax consulting and compliance services to his clients. Jaron’s clients have operated in numerous industries, resulting in a diverse range of tax knowledge.
Jaron’s experience encompasses federal and state S corporation, C corporation and partnership issues, private equity issues and federal and state tax audit assistance. He also has experience supporting clients with various M&A transactional services including transaction cost analyses, stock basis and earnings and profits studies, as well as IRC §382 studies.
Jaron has worked with numerous business owners to provide comprehensive income tax planning and compliance services for their individual needs and has developed long-term business relationships assisting clients with complex tax issues.
