John P. Kavanaugh has more than 10 years of experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to clients in the financial services industry.
His clients include hedge funds, private equity, family office, and high-net-worth individuals. John provides tax compliance for all entity types as well as consulting services including, but not limited to, tax structuring, reviewing operating agreements and waterfall allocations, as well as tax planning strategies.
John is actively involved in the Firm’s cryptocurrency and digital assets tax practice, providing tax compliance and consulting for cryptocurrency miners, venture capital funds, and traders.
John is a frequent instructor in the Firm’s continuing professional education program.
