This session examines the financial reporting and strategic management of independent school endowments, including compliance with FASB ASC 958 and UPMIFA, donor restrictions, underwater funds and board-designated assets. Attendees will gain practical insights to strengthen stewardship, enhance transparency and align endowment strategy with institutional priorities such as tuition assistance.
