PKF O’Connor Davies’ Roman Z. Matatov, recently penned an article entitled “Value Creation and the CFO” published on Forbes.com. In this first article of a four-part series, he theorizes that a finance function, lead by a CFO, can be the key to creating and protecting business value. Roman specializes in CFO solutions and accounting outsourcing. In addition to teaching graduate-level courses at Baruch College, he has served as a business appraiser and forensic accountant giving support to expert witness reports and testimony.
