This presentation will outline a powerful strategy to solve a 100% ESOP company’s repurchase liability challenge by incorporating a pension plan design that can potentially improve an ESOP company’s cash flow while providing the greatest upside and downside protection to an ESOP company’s management & ESOP participants.
