Kelly Lin has 18 years of tax experience in public accounting. Prior to joining the Firm, she was a senior tax manager at a “Big Four” accounting firm and worked with a “Big Four” tax group for 12 years.
Kelly serves consolidated corporate groups, multi-state and international businesses from a tax consulting and compliance perspective. She is also actively involved in tax advisory, tax due diligence and structure reviewing from M&A related work. Kelly serves as a lead partner on a variety of publicly-traded and privately-held clients, including private equity, trading, real estate, Cannabis, technology, hospitality, retail and manufacturing companies.
In addition, she is experienced with complex ASC740 tax accounting issues, including business combination tax considerations. Kelly has a strong understanding of SEC reporting requirements and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
Kelly is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese and is thoroughly familiar with both Western and Eastern business customs and culture.
